Pon Bicycle, a provider of bicycle services, is set to acquire Smart Urban Mobility, a manufacturer of electric cargo bikes. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Urban Arrow is a great addition to our portfolio of premium bicycle brands and sustainable concepts,” Marc Bakker, Pon Bicycle CEO.
