Lineage Logistics to acquire Emergent Cold.

Bay Grove-backed Lineage Logistics, a provider of temperature-controlled logistics solutions, agreed to acquire Emergent Cold, a temperature-controlled service provider. The transaction is expected to close in 2020, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
