Orange completed the acquisition of the Spanish division of SUMA Mobile, a mobile services platform, from Alantra Private Equity-backed Grupo Ingenium, a telecommunications holding. Financial terms were not disclosed. During all this time we have deployed more than 30 operators in Spain from different sectors, with different business models and positions, which has led us to become the first independent convergent multi-service platform in our country and a reference at the international level.
