Adiacent, a subsidiary of Var Group, a provider of ICT services and solutions for businesses and part of the SeSa Spa group, agreed to acquire 47Deck, which specializes in the development and realization of digital projects through the platforms of the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite. Financial terms were not disclosed.
