NEQSOL Holding completed the acquisition of Preludium from Mobile TeleSystems for $734m.

NEQSOL Holding, a diversified group of companies operating across industries and countries, completed the acquisition of Preludium, a Netherlands-based telecommunications company and sole shareholder of VF Ukraine, from Mobile TeleSystems, a mobile network operator in Russia, Ukraine, Armenia and Belarus, for $734m. "With the acquisition of one of the most successful companies in Ukraine, we pursue our strategy of international expansion.
