XPO Logistics to acquire a stake in XPO Logistics Europe from Elliott Capital Advisors for €233.5m.

XPO Logistics, a company that logistics services, agreed to acquire a stake in XPO Logistics Europe, a supply chain company in Europe, from Elliott Capital Advisors, an American investment management firm, for €233.5m. XPO Logistics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to purchase in the future additional shares (if any) of XPO Logistics Europe stock. In the event that the company chooses to do so, these purchases could be accomplished through various methods, including privately negotiated transactions, open market purchases or in a tender offer.
