The Jordan Company completed the acquisition of PSG Polymer Additives from Arsenal Capital Partners.

Private equity firm The Jordan Company completed the acquisition of PSG Polymer Additives, a provider of homogenizing agents, process aids, dispersions, and release agents for the rubber, plastic, and engineered wood industries, from Arsenal Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The company's culture, innovative product development, and long-standing customer relationships make PSG Polymer Additives a strong fit for our investment strategy," Ian Arons, The Jordan Company Partner.
