H.W. Kaufman completed the acquisition of Burns & Wilcox.

H.W. Kaufman Group, a network of insurance companies, completed the acquisition of Barbican Protect, a provider of insurance services. Barbican Protect is to rebrand as Burns & Wilcox and join H.W. Kaufman Group London. Financial terms were not disclosed “H.W. Kaufman Group is pleased to announce the closing of the acquisition of Barbican Protect.
