Gränges, a global company in aluminium engineering, manufacturing and innovation, completed the acquisition of Aluminium Konin, the Polish flat rolled aluminium producer, from Boryszew Group for $239m. “Aluminium Konin contributes with technically advanced operations, strategically located in Central Europe.
