Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust to merge with Frasers Commercial Trust in a $1.1bn deal.

Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust, a Singapore-listed real estate investment trust, agreed to merge with Frasers Commercial Trust, also a real estate investment trust under the Frasers Property Group, in a $1.1bn deal. "The Enlarged REIT will have a broadened investment mandate to invest in a wider spectrum of asset classes across logistics, industrial, office, business park and commercial properties," joint announcement.
