Audax-backed ICP Group to acquire Hi-Tech Coatings from Heidelberger.

Audax-backed ICP Group, a specialty chemical manufacturer and provider of coatings, adhesives and sealants, agreed to acquire Hi-Tech Coatings, a developer and manufacturer of high-performance coatings for the packaging and commercial printing industries, from Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, a German precision mechanical engineering company.
