Inflexion-backed Radius Payment Solutions, a payment and fleet services company, completed the investment of Key Telematics, a Software as a Service platform for vendors of asset management and vehicle tracking solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This move really gives Radius capability to deliver solutions right across the telematics and camera spectrum and takes the group to over 237k connections turning us into a real global player serving customers in five continents. Key have built a really flexible product and have a strong team of software engineers in its Cape Town hub that are keeping its products right at the forefront of the market.
