Vingroup completed the merger with Masan Group.

Vingroup, a Vietnamese conglomerate focusing on real estate development, retail, and services ranging from healthcare to hospitality, completed the merger with with Masan Group, a consumer retailer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The merger will enable us to expand our consumer base and ensure a fair retail playing ground for Vietnamese manufacturers,” Truong Cong Thang, Masan Consumer Holding Chairman.
