Applied Systems to acquire Indio Technologies.

Applied Systems, a provider of cloud-based software for the insurance business, is set to acquire Indio Technologies, a solution provider for the insurance application and renewal process. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition will provide our customers and employees with access to new innovation, resources, and scale to further transform agencies’ and brokers’ daily workflows and accelerate business growth,” Michael Furlong, Indio CEO.
