Pilot Chemical completed the acquisition of Organo Sintesis.

Pilot Chemical, a specialty chemical company completed the acquisition of Organo Sintesis, a manufacturer of products for personal care, disinfection, sanitizing, cleaning, oil and gas, and water treatment industries and serves customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Pilot Chemical’s business into the Mexican market and South and Central America and provides growth opportunities for the company’s existing surfactants and antimicrobial businesses.
