GEMA completed the acquisition of Zebralution.

GEMA, the Company for Performing Musical and Mechanical Reproduction Rights, completed the acquisition of Zebralution, a German digital distribution company for independent record labels, audiobooks and podcasts. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased to have found an ideal and extremely strong partner in GEMA. This also bridges a gap for musicians and performers, with the joint objective of achieving fair remuneration for creatives," Kurt Thielen, Zebralution founder and MD.
