Exponent Private Equity completed the acquisition of the pensions advisory practice of KPMG, a multinational professional services network, and one of the Big Four accounting organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed. The sale will see all 20 pension partners and 500 staff from KPMG transfer to a special purpose vehicle owned by Exponent and the partners, including the UK head of pensions, Andrew Coles, who will take up the role of chief executive.
