IMCD completed the acquisition of DCS Pharma.

IMCD, a distributor of specialty chemicals and food ingredients, completed the acquisition of DCS Pharma, a Swiss pharmaceutical distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, IMCD acquired 90% of the shares in DCS Pharma.
