TA Associates-backed List Group completed the acquisition of IT Software.

TA Associates-backed List Group, a developer of software solutions for the financial industry, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in IT Software, an Italy-based fintech software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "IT Software has developed a product suite that covers an integrated set of functionalities that is highly complementary to our expertise in trading software. Importantly, we believe that this acquisition will enable LIST to enhance our international presence and capabilities, which will play an important role in our international expansion.
