Millenium Hotels Real Estate completed the acquisition of Alcaidesa Holding from Costain Group for €15.2m.

Millenium Hotels Real Estate, a real estate investment fund based in Spain, completed the acquisition of Alcaidesa Holding, which owns and operates two golf courses, land and a club house in Cadiz, Spain, from Costain Group, a British technology based construction and engineering company, for €15.2m. The disposal is part of Costain's strategy to divest its non-core business assets in Spain.
