Ardian completed the acquisition of Audiotonix, a UK-based manufacturer and distributor of audio consoles, from Astorg Partners for $1.1bn. “This is an outstanding opportunity to partner with Ardian to enable further growth, and it represents a significant step in the future development of Audiotonix.
