St. James’s Place, the wealth management group, agreed to acquire Policy Services, a financial advisory firm. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. Financial terms were not disclosed. Following the acquisition, PSL will be 100% owned by St. James’s Place and will continue to operate as an independent trading entity, directly authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority.
