Gryphon-backed Jensen Hughes, a provider of safety, security and risk-based engineering and consulting, agreed to acquire IFIC Forensics, a UK- and Ireland-based forensics firm specializing in fire, explosion, chemical spill and water escape investigations across marine and other commercial industries.
