Waymo, which operates as an autonomous vehicle development company, agreed to acquire Latent Logic, a UK company that spun out of Oxford University’s computer science department. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By joining Waymo, we are taking a big leap towards realizing our ambition of safe, self-driving vehicles.
