ArchKey Solutions completed the acquisition of Sprig Electric.

ArchKey Solutions, one of the largest electrical and technology construction firms in the United States, completed the acquisition of Sprig Electric, a full-service electrical & technologies contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Sprig Electric is a great partner for the ArchKey platform.
