Vanke Service and Cushman & Wakefield to form a joint venture.

Vanke Service, an affiliate of Chinese residential property developer China Vanke, with Cushman & Wakefield, real estate brokerage firm, agreed to form a joint venture to enhance their real estate business in Greater China. Financial terms were not disclosed. The joint venture plans to focus on commercial property and asset management as well as integrated facility management.
