Biogroup-LCD, a group of medical analysis laboratories, completed the acquisition of Biomelis Medical Biology Laboratory, Reseau Bio and Sevre Biologie, the hospital management companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this deal Biogroup-LCD strengthens its position in the West of France.
