Christian Gries completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Gries Deco from Migros.

Christian Gries, the Managing Director and the minority shareholder in Gries Deco, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in Gries Deco, a multi-channel retailer specializing in decoration and living accessories, from Migros, Switzerland's retail company and supermarket chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very pleased that the Gries Deco Group is fully owned by the founding family. This is a strong signal for our committed employees, especially now that the Christmas business is booming. We want to further develop the Gries Deco Company and reposition it in an internationally demanding market," Cristian Gries, Gries Deco's Managing Director.
