Humana completed the acquisition of Enclara Healthcare from Consonance Capital Partners.

Humana, a managed health care company, completed the acquisition of Enclara Healthcare, which provides hospice pharmacy services from Consonance Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Enclara represents a logical extension of Humana Pharmacy’s strategy given the company’s unique ability to play a role in advanced illness care and supplement our existing care delivery system.
