Insight Partners-backed Episerver, the customer-centric digital experience company, completed the acquisition of Insite Software, a provider of powerful digital commerce solutions architected for manufacturers and distributors, from Volition Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Combining Insite’s best-in-class commerce capabilities with Episerver’s leading Customer-Centric Digital Experience Platform creates a complete B2B solution second-to-none.
