HeidelbergCement, one of the world's largest building materials companies, completed the acquisition of Kynningsrud Prefab, which manufactures and installs precast concrete for different kinds of buildings, from Kynningsrud, a building materials company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’re planning to focus more on our business areas for cranes, property development and construction in the future.
