Boomi, a provider of integrated system solutions, completed the acquisition of Unifi Software, a designer and developer of software solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Unifi, Boomi provides customers with a unique cloud data management platform to break down the barriers of operational data silos and democratize the flow of information across the enterprise.
