Barchester Healthcare completed the acquisition of Brighterkind assets from Terra Firma for $207m.

Barchester Healthcare, a healthcare services provider, completed the acquisition of 24 care home assets of Brighterkind, a healthcare facility from Terra Firma Capital, a private equity firm for $207m. “We are delighted to have the opportunity to acquire these 24 homes from Terra Firma, and look forward to welcoming staff, residents and relatives to the Barchester family," Pete Calveley, Barchester Healthcare CEO.
