Pamlico Capital completed the acquisition of HelioCampus.

Pamlico Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of HelioCampus, an education analytics platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. Pamlico Capital seeks control-oriented growth equity and buyout investments of up to $125m alongside founders and proven management teams in its target industries: business & technology services, communications, and healthcare.
