Sonnedix completed the acquisition of 5.9 MWp PV portfolio from PPP Italia Fund for €24m.

Sonnedix, a solar independent power producer, completed the acquisition of 5.9 MWp PV portfolio from PPP Italia Fund, an Italian closed end fund active in the infrastructure sector, for €24m ($28m). This acquisition allows Sonnedix to continue its expansion plan in the Mediterranean country where it seeks to establish itself as a long term developer, operator and owner.
