Intero Integrity Services completed the acquisition of The Sniffers from WTS Energy and First Reserve.

Intero Integrity Services, inspection and industrial services firm that combines innovative technologies and critical insights, completed the acquisition of The Sniffers, a provider of emission management and pipeline maintenance services, from WTS Energy, a solution supplier in the international oil, gas and renewable energy industries, and First Reserve, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our team is pleased to join strengths with Intero Integrity Services and to continue our journey to growth.
