Intero Integrity Services, inspection and industrial services firm that combines innovative technologies and critical insights, completed the acquisition of The Sniffers, a provider of emission management and pipeline maintenance services, from WTS Energy, a solution supplier in the international oil, gas and renewable energy industries, and First Reserve, a private equity firm.
