L+R Hotels-backed Atlas Hotels completed the acquisition of Holiday Inn Edinburgh West from Cerberus Capital Management.

L+R Hotels-backed Atlas Hotels, a hotels operator, completed the acquisition of Holiday Inn Edinburgh West, a hotel, from Cerberus Capital Management, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Atlas Hotels Ltd is delighted to welcome the Holiday Inn Edinburgh City West to our ever-growing portfolio. This acquisition will lead to significant investment and transform this hotel into a next-generation Holiday Inn Express.
