Altur Investissement, an investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Pompes Funebres de France, a network of funeral directors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to welcome Altur Investissement to our capital for our ambitious project. We share a common vision of the strategy to be followed in order to successfully carry out our growth based on branch openings throughout France, and, depending on the opportunities, we wish to carry out the acquisition of own branches," Sandrine Thiéfine, Pompes Funebres de France President.
