Monaco Telecom, the incumbent telecoms operator in the Principality of Monaco, completed the acquisition of Vodafone Malta from Vodafone, a mobile telecommunications company providing a range of services, for €250m ($278m). "We are very pleased to conclude this acquisition and to have been able to obtain all the necessary authorizations in Malta.
