Schroders to acquire a stake in A8 Motorway PPP Project from InfraVia and Egis Investment Partners.

Schroders, a British multinational asset management company, agreed to acquire a stake in A8 Motorway PPP Project, an autobahn in southern Germany, from InfraVia and Egis Investment Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of the German Antitrust Authority and of the Highway Authority of Bavaria.
