The Midwest Mezzanine Funds and Strength Capital Partners completed the acquisition of CALco Pallet.

The Midwest Mezzanine Funds, a venture capital fund, and Strength Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of CALco Pallet, an American forestry provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Strength is very excited to partner with Matt, Greg and the entire CALco team to continue the Company’s impressive growth trajectory. Strength will also seek to execute its core “buy and build” strategy with CALco, whereby organic growth is supplemented by pursuing strategic acquisition opportunities.
