LABORIE Medical Technologies completed the acquisition of Clinical Innovations from EQT Partners for $525m.

LABORIE Medical Technologies, a manufacturer of medical testing equipment, completed the acquisition of Clinical Innovations, a provider of medical devices from EQT Partners, a private equity firm, for $525m.
