Apax Partners completed the investment in GRAITEC.

Private equity firm Apax Partners completed the investment in GRAITEC, a provider of CAD and Structural Engineering Design software for the architecture, engineering and construction industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Thanks to Apax as a new investor, GRAITEC aims to become a leader in BIM by expanding its existing software portfolio and developing the distribution of innovative BIM solutions. This will include an ambitious acquisition strategy for which we have strong support from our new partner," Francis Guillemard, GRAITEC Founder and Chairman.
