Bregal-backed SHD completed the investment in Pragma.

Bregal-backed SHD, an interior design software provider, completed the investment in Pragma, a France-based software company for interior design and the furniture industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquired business employs 30 staff and also works with 40 additional contractors. It was founded in 1990 and reports more than €4m in annual turnover, according to its website.
