NV5 Global, a provider of professional and technical engineering and consulting solutions completed the acquisition of Quantum Spatial, an independent geospatial analytics firm for c. $318m. NV5 expects the acquisition to expand and diversify NV5’s customer base to include new federal, state, and commercial clients in the high-growth geospatial data analytics market.
