ALTANA completed the acquisition of Schmid Rhyner from Conzzeta Holding.

ALTANA, a specialty chemicals group, completed the acquisition of Schmid Rhyner, the overprint varnish specialist, from Conzzeta Holding. Financial terms were not disclosed.
