Medbase and Zur Rose to form a joint venture.

Medbase, a Swiss company offering various health care services, and Zur Rose, a retail pharmacy company, agreed to form a joint venture in e-commerce: from the start of next year the two partners will be operating a joint webshop for consumer health and personal care products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
