Renardmont, a Belgium-based private equity company, completed the acquisition of Decoline, a manufacturer and wholesaler of window decoration articles. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The big plus of Renardmont is that it is an initiative of (mainly) Limburg entrepreneurs. As entrepreneurs, they know better than anyone what other entrepreneurs are struggling with. In addition to further internationalization or development of new products, this is often also the search for a structural solution for the future of their company and its employees,” Luc De Werdt.
