Renardmont, a Belgium-based private equity company, completed the acquisition of Decoline, a manufacturer and wholesaler of window decoration articles. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The big plus of Renardmont is that it is an initiative of (mainly) Limburg entrepreneurs. As entrepreneurs, they know better than anyone what other entrepreneurs are struggling with.
